Each and every item we sell is beautifully packaged, ready to present to your loved one. All our items of jewellery are delivered in a stunning jewellery presentation case and individually gift wrapped. The style of this presentation case varies.

Delivery

Please note at present we are endeavouring to despatch all orders as per our usual delivery schedule, terms and conditions, however we are working with fewer staff due to Covid secure working arrangements therefore if your order is of an urgent nature and it is essential you require a next day delivery we would advise you to contact us on 01904 670006 or email info@cavendishjewellers.co.uk to confirm this. We will contact you straightaway if we are unable to fulfil our “Order by 3pm & Receive Next Day Delivery” promise.

At Cavendish Jewellers we wish for your special purchases to arrive in perfect condition.
All orders over £100 will be insured and delivered free to UK addresses by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next working day. For Guaranteed Christmas 2020 delivery Click Here
If your item has to be ordered direct from suppliers and we are unable to despatch your order within our 'normal' 1-7 day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise.
For rings which have been ordered in a different size to that which is advertised, we will contact you to discuss and advise on delivery times.

Please Note: All delivery times mentioned are subject to stock availability. Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and maybe extended as a result of any adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control.

Returns Policy

 At Cavendish Jewellers we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. Our full returns policy is detailed below:

 Items can be returned for refund direct to Cavendish Jewellers within 30 days from the date of despatch (online sales only). Please include the copy receipt.

 Alternatively, you have 60 days from the date that your order was despatched for an exchange.

 Cavendishjewellers.co.uk cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

 Once we have received the items you will then be given a refund or an exchange.

 When returning items to us, the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the copy receipt.

 For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to Cavendish Jewellers by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
