Well, you can not ask for royal pavilion for a price they charge for rooms. We had double room on the 3rd floor. There is a lift which is great, welcome cold drink on arrival. Staff is OK, they don't speak very good English, so it may come across rude, but they are OK. Room is outdated, looks like little dungeon. There is air con, fridge, safe, bed, towels and free bottle of water per person. Bed is mage hard be aware. Room was noisy as it looks out for yard full of rubbish and there is karaoke bar near by, it goes on till early mornings. The hotel location is good, plenty bars around, 15 min away from beach and shopping centre. There is breakfast in the hotel if you booked one, but although we were two people they book breakfast for only one person, what a odd thing! So always check and make sure that breakfast is for 2 people.
Staff is very Rude. they dont have any manners.

Receptionist lady is very rude and trying to be funny and she has no manners how to treat the guests. overall hostel was okay. Beds orientation is very weird. location is good but not Suggested. will not come back here.

The worst of hotels that I have ever been in. Rooms very small and very different from what is seen in the picture. Small bed the hotel is unable to even provide an extra quilt or mattress. Water heater not working no door matts and the room stinks like litter box. Not recommended for families

Last time stop here about 5 years ago. Since then made a renovate, add hostel dorm rooms. It look way better now. At lobby have a restaurant with thai cuisine WITH STREET PRICES!!!. If you want some english breakfast or like that - no problem but then pay as in regular restaurant. I've stayed in a single and it was good. Cleaning as regular as you put "please, make my room clean" sing on a door. Furniture in not new but i'm not the person who care about stuff like this. No bugs, no mosquitos and i'm happy. Only 2 things bother me: 8-10 am some works inside a hotel or nearby. Somebody at corridor speak each other like on the street every day. Outside my window was on locals houses and thais wake up when farangs lay down to sleep, so...if you not sleep deep, then you not sleep at all. Oh, in my room air con barely works but enough for me not to feel hot, but for others it can be a problem, so check it when check in. Because of location - there is no problem with anything. It's literally in the middle of Pattaya. For guests ID-card on reception. No add charges. Notice: check in time - 2 pm. I've been lucky they has clean prepared room. Dude, right after me waited 4 hours for his room.

I stayed here before and it had just been renovated and was nice...now it appears to be run down. I booked a superior room that was supposed to have a balcony with city views...the photo's show what i actually got! The bed sheets looked clean but were dirty grey in colour! Would not stay there again.
