At this time there is no information on a new date. However, if a new date is announced, there is nothing you need to do as your tickets will be valid for that new date and you will be notified. If the event cannot be rescheduled once the ban is lifted, a refund will automatically be issued to the credit card you used to purchase, within 30 business days.

Our partners will follow the recommendations of local health authorities as to when to re-open venues. We would direct customers to continue to check back on the venue’s website and/or the artist’s official channels for updated information.
