Simple effective tutorial on how to roll a coin through your fingers.

Step 1: Hold the coin at the top of your index and middle fingers with your palm facing up. In this case I am using a spark plug gap tool.

Step 2: Begin to slide the coin across the outside of your index finger using your thumb as you begin to curl your hand. Slide the coin until it is right behind your medial knuckle.

Step 3: Use your thumb to push the coin upwards and guide it to lay on the middle of your index finger behind your medial knuckle.

Step 4: You will then begin to slowly raise your middle finger above the coin until you are able to feel the edge of the coin under the centerline of your middle finger. At this point, you will feel the coin wanting to flip. This is good.

Step 5: Now you will begin to slowly raise your index finger while also lowering your middle finger to allow the coin to flip over to the top of your middle finger just behind your medial knuckle. You will also want to have your ring finger raised to stop the coin from sliding off.

Step 6: Now you should feel the coin just under the centerline of your ring finger. You will then slowly lower your ring finger as your middle finger guides and watch as the coin will begin to flip onto the top of your ring finger just behind your medial knuckle. Make sure your pinky finger is raised to stop it from sliding. You will begin to naturally feel the rhythm of rolling the coin through your fingers.

Step 7: You should now feel the edge of the coin just under the center line of your pinky finger. Slowly lower your pinky finger until the coin is perpendicular with your hand.

Step 8: Wiggle your pinky finger up and down to allow the coin to slide down through the gap between your ring and pinky finger. Use your thumb to hold the coin from underneath.

Step 9: Slide the coin underneath your palm using your thumb and repeat the process from step 2!
